CEBUANO Marc Nicole Suson completed a twinkill in the Cebuana Lhuillier Age Group Tennis Championships in Baybay City, Leyte yesterday.
Less than a week from his remarkable three-title romp in Ubay, Bohol, the 16-year-old Suson continued his mastery over Stephen Guia as he defeated the latter, 6-1, 6-0, for the 16-under boys tiara and, 6-1, 6-0, for the 18-under boys crown. This is his third finals victory over Guia just this month.
It can be recalled that Suson was also responsible for Guia’s failed championship bid in the Ubay leg when he dominated the latter, 6-0, 6-3, for the 16-under boys trophy last Saturday.
Suson hopes to sustain his hot run so far as he returns to action right after the Holy Week when he competes in the Maasin City leg of the Cebuana Lhuillier Age Group Tennis Tournament scheduled on April 17 to 21.
