Politicians and US President Donald Trump may deny it, but the average Pinoy on the street cannot deny sweating profusely due to hotter weather.
One city resident said that while he doesn’t care about the preaching of environmentalists, he cannot ignore the unrelenting heat he experienced in the past few months of summer.

A local official who requested anonymity admitted that local governments in Metro Cebu need some urban planning to avoid a repeat of this inconvenience.
“While transferring the ports in Liloan or Consolacion may be good, we need to find concrete solutions to these problems,” the official said.
