AirAsiaZest team during the Sinulog parade

THE overcast skies and intermittent rains did not dampen Cebu’s Sinulog celebration this year. With over 3.5 million people in attendance, Sinulog was burning red hot as dancers and colourful floats paraded for 10 hours – and the crowd was getting thicker with every beat of a drum.

The Sinulog beat was non-stop. In Mactan Cebu International Airport, dancers welcomed AirAsia Zest guests traveling to and from Cebu with free fans and caps while some of the airline’s cabin crew joined the parade on board the red hot AirAsia Zest float.
