PALMA’S CALL
Some netizens supported Cebu Archbishop Jose Palma’s call on President Rodrigo Duterte’s administration to hold accountable law enforcement agencies that cross the line in waging the war against illegal drugs.
Fred Cee wrote, “Tama nga nman,dahil ang ginagawa ng pangulo ay para sa kabutihan,kaayusan,at katahimikan ng bansa (That’s right because the President is doing it for the good, orderliness and peace of the nation).”
A netizen named Jul Bru also commented: “At least the bishop is open minded. The bishop declared war on drugs, repeat war on drugs. There are people that are going to be killed and President Digong already told that during his campaigns.”
Niel Andrew Carcueva said, “Supportado naman talaga ni Archbishop Palma at Cardinal Vidal si Duterte.”
