SPORTS aficionados and trainers in Cebu will get a chance to learn from two renowned men who are experts in their respective fields in the Sports Performance Enhancement Workshop this Saturday at the Golden Prince Hotel.
Organized by the head of Epic Performance and Fitness, Pio Solon, the workshop will feature International Boxing Federation (IBF) world light flyweight champion Milan “El Metodico” Melindo and certified strength and conditioning specialist of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) of the United States Jeff Pagaduan.
The speakers will discuss sports technology, complex training, periodization concepts and theories, and applied periodization workshop. Melindo will also share his personal experience in sports performance enhancement.
