SHOULD MANNY RETIRE?
Netizens were mixed on the question of whether or not Sen. Manny Pacquiao should retire after his loss to Australian challenger Jeff Horn.
Ponce Salvador Dumadag wrote, “Why retire? He is still earning 10M USD. It’s a lot of money then there is the rematch, so another 10M? After all, boxing is not anymore like it was during its glory days, it is now a money making the machine. Therefore a purely corporate business decision.”
Gregory Martinez also wrote: “That was a participation trophy. Manny beat the hell out of the bum. Read the statistics. Complete corruption. Hey, if the same judges judge the Mayweather vs McGregor fight put everything you own on McGregor!”
