Two men caught throwing shabu to inmates

Two men were arrested after being caught throwing shabu to the inmates of the Cebu City Jail.

Biboy Ramos and Raffy Magallanes denied that they owned the two small packs of suspected shabu inserted between eight reams of cigarettes. They also denied knowing each other.

But the two men tested positive of drug use upon examination and detained at the nearest police precinct.
