TEAM Larazo escaped the Stallions, 72-69, in the Monday Squad Basketball – Cebu (MSBC) 1st 5’10” Under Tournament at the Casals Village in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City last Monday evening.
Four of Larazo’s cagers scored in double-digits headed by Emjay Ceneza’s 23 points. Richie Cheng Sesa, Junjie Aclan, and Jay-R Castro added 15, 11, and 10 markers, respectively.
Vergel Penetrante led the Stallions with 21 points. Teammate Jetleigh Miñoza added 18 points.
In the second game, ITC nipped the Huskies, 56-53.
In last Sunday’s results, PN Alumni trounced Victorious Secret, 70-58, San Remigio beat Tropang Ballers, 77-68, Irish cruised past PLDT-SME, 81-55, N.A. Headshot rolled past Kokem Builders, 74-68, and Penthel won against WYE Delta, 82-69.
