BOMB HOAX
Netizens were angered over the bomb hoax that forced Cebu City schools to cancel their classes yesterday.
Asher Brylle said, “Dapat dako na og penalty kanang mag bomb joke oi! Mga way lingaw mga tawhana (There should be a bigger penalty for those making bomb jokes. They have nothing better to do)!”
Chase Flic commented, “Disgusting… I hope the authority could find tracks of the caller’s whereabouts. This isn’t a joke.”
Melva Mongas Dutallas said in Cebuano, “Cebu is now popular since President Duterte described it as a new drug haven in the country. Now you’re telling me that the ISIS/Maute group is making bomb threats there? Shouldn’t drug lords be afraid that President Duterte will place Cebu under martial law?”
