A SENIOR citizen died after she hung herself at her home in Barangay Malolos, Barili town in Cebu Monday morning.
The 66-year-old identified as Cresencia Manigos supposedly felt neglected by her family, SPO1 Dennis Jacalan of the Barili police said.
“There was no foul play in the suicide based on the findings of our police personnel and rural health workers,” Jacalan said.
