Police arrested a man accused of stabbing his friend during a drinking session at Barangay Ginablan, Badian town Cebu Monday morning.
The 21-year-old victim identified as Johnson Carriaga while the 38-year-old suspect was identified as Ryan Saac, both residents of the area.
PO3 Jonathan Calabroso of the Badian police said both figured in a heated argument during their drinking spree and an angered Saac suddenly stabbed Carriaga.
Carriaga was rushed to the hospital by bystanders while police arrested Saac later in the evening. Police also recovered the kitchen knife Saac used to stab Carriaga with. Saac is detained at the Badian police precinct.
