A KOREAN drowned while swimming with Filipino companions in the waters off Barangay Alegria Cordova town in Metro Cebu Tuesday noon.
The victim identified as Youn Kim Jae, who resided in Barangay Maribago, Lapu-Lapu City. Police said the victim was spotted by his Filipino companions screaming for help before he drowned.
It was unknown how he drowned since he wore diving gear, police said.
