The Cebu City police are examining footage from security cameras to investigate the fistfight that erupted in front of a restobar at Pelaez St., Barangay Kamagayan in Cebu City at dawn Monday.
SPO1 Winston Ybañez said the encounter resulted in a car chase and a shooting that occurred in front of the barangay hall in Barangay Tisa, Cebu City.
Ybañez said two men identified as Kharel Ravina and Gamaliel Masong were headed home when Masong figured in an argument with an unidentified person that Ravina broke up.
The two men rode off on their car only to be chased by those whom Masong argued with on board a motorcycle.
Masong and Ravina both sustained gunshot wounds but they managed to head to Cebu City Medical Center for treatment.
