Drug suspects nabbed, two others killed in Talisay

Two drug suspects were caught in a drug bust in Barangay Tanke, Talisay City, Cebu, early Thursday evening.

Police identified the suspects as 29-year-old Juvy Tecson and 38-year-old Marlito Barama, both residents of Barangay Tanke.

Supt. Emerson Dante, Talisay City police chief, said they confiscated from their possession 43 sachets worth P27,000.

Also in Talisay City, two drug suspects died in a shootout with police following an aborted drug deal in Barangay Tabunok at past 4 pm.

The suspects were identified as Manolito Sencil and his alleged cohort Jonathan Bacho. Taken from their possession were shabu worth P115,000.
