Win and loss for Liloan girls futsal teams

THE LILOAN Girls U-15 and U-18 futsal teams suffered contrasting fates in the championship round of the 2017 Cebu Province Futsal Tournament over the weekend at the Sec. Cerge Remonde Sports and Cultural Center in Poblacion Argao.

While the Liloan U-18 girls team showed calm amidst tremendous pressure, beating Barili FC, 5-4, to take the girls 18-under crown, its U-15 squad faltered to Balamban FC 4-3 in the girls’ 15-under category.

In boys play, Alcoy FC topped the boys 15 and under category with a 3-2 triumph over the Guardian Strikers while the Talisay Razkals scored a 2-0 spanking of Consolacion to take the mixed under 11 trophy.
