TWO developers turned over 10 lots with private roads to the Mandaue City government Monday morning.
F.F. Cruz & Co. Inc turned over six lots while Mareco Developers turned over four lots for maintenance and rehabilitation.
During the signing of the Deed of Donation and Acceptance, Mandaue City Mayor Luigi Quisumbing said the city government will invest in drainage system and lighting of the roads in these lots.
