A police officer was hospitalized after being involved in a road accident on the national highway along Barangay Pitalo, San Fernando south of Cebu past 2 A.M. on Monday, September 25.
The victim was identified as SPO2 Marvin Chin, 32-year-old, from Barangay Talaga, Argao.
According to PO2 Edzel Recablanca of San Fernando police station, the victim was on his way to Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO) headquarters to report for duty.
Spo2 Chin rammed unto a post and was thrown from his motorcycle.
The victim was brought to the nearby hospital for further medical treatment.
