Resort, family of drowning victim settle case

The family of a 14-year old boy who drowned in a pool at a private resort in Barangay Biasaong, Talisay City last Saturday afternoon reportedly reached a settlement with the resort management.

PO2 Stephen Safuesca of the Talisay City police said the resort management signed an agreement with the boy’s family in which the resort promised financial assistance to the family.
