ERIC Chipsiror and Lizane Abella topped the 10-kilometer open category of the Hotel Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu, Inc. (HRRACI) Unity Run 2017 at the Vibo Place in Escario Street in Cebu City.
The Kenyan Chipsiror dominated the men’s 10k open race in 31 minutes and 37.49 seconds while Abella topped the distaff side by clocking 40:13.79.
Another Kenyan, James Mebei triumphed in the 5K men’s open with a time of 17:13.91. Jemma Monsanto (23:53.86) won the women’s race.
Winners in the 3k category were John Cliff Debulosan (10:08.2) and Jennifer Savellon (16:47.36).
In the HRRACI member categories, winners were Clint Beltran (10K male), Jenine Casallas (10K female), Ronald Gerodias (5K male), Gerlie Labi (5K female), Alvin Bastismo (3K male), and Mylene Lariosa (3K female).
Meanwhile, Waterfront Cebu City Hotel took home the largest delegation award.
