Registration for IronMan triathlons starts on Oct. 1

A SIMULTANEOUS on-site and online registration for the major triathlon races under the IronMan brand organized by Sunrise Events will take place on Oct. 1.

The onsite registration areas are at the Cebu Provincial capitol for the IronMan 70.3 Asia Pacific Championships and at the Seda Abreeza Mall in Davao City for the first staging of the Alveo IronMan 70.3 Davao.

The online registration on the same day will be for the first full IronMan distance race in the Philippines, the Century Tuna IronMan Philippines, and the Black Arrow 5150 both to be held in Subic.

Last year, on the same date, the slots for the Asia Pacific Championships were sold out within an hour.

The next Regent Aguila Asia Pacific Championships is slated on Aug. 5, 2018 still at the Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa. The Alveo IronMan Davao will be held on March 25, 2018 while the Century Tuna IronMan Philippines and the Black Arrow 5150 will be staged on June 3, 2018.

Aside from the aforementioned events, Sunrise Events will also open the registration of the IronMan 70.3 Vietnam, IronMan 70.3 Thailand, and Alaska IronKids and the IronGirl on the same day.

The early bird registration fee for the individual entry of the Regent Aguila IronMan 70.3 Asia Pacific Championships on Oct. 1 to 31 is pegged at USD$297.00 while regular rate is pegged at USD$351.00 and late registration is pegged at USD$426.60.

Team registration fee is pegged at $378 (early bird rate), $426.60 (regular rate) and $459 (late registration).

For the Century Tuna IronMan Philippines, the early bird registration is pegged at $650 while the regular rate is $700 and late registration fee is $800.
