CEBUANO fight fans will once again be treated to a night of kickboxing action in the seventh sequel of Muay Thai and kickboxing Invitational dubbed ‘Backyard Brawl’ on November 25 at the Dumlog Sports Complex in Barangay Dumlog, Talisay City.
Sixteen bouts will be featured in the fight card.
“We are doing this event to help encourage the youth to do combat sports like Muay Thai that will keep them away from drugs,” said Kru Roberto Serdone of the organizing Redneos Iron Gladiator Muay Thai Association. “Aside from being a good martial art, Muay Thai also teaches discipline.”
Kickboxers coming different clubs from all over the Visayas will be seeing action.
Some of the participating stables are Arcomjukai of Mandaue City, Black Panther Gym of Lapu-Lapu City, Redneos Iron Gladiator Muay Thai’s Talisay and Dipolog City chapters and Yaw-Yan ArDigma Cebu.
The main event will feature Dipolog City’s Jung Xian Bagarinao Gako of Redneos Iron Gladiator taking on Vincent Rocacurva of Arcomjukai.
