FOR national developers to make more headway in the competitive real estate market in Cebu, Colliers Philippines, a property research and management firm, has recommended that they would need to develop mixed-use communities; differentiate integrated projects; as well as expand presence into the hospitality and industrial sectors.
Colliers Philippines has given these recommendations in its report “When Giants Invade: National Property Developers Redefining Cebu,” released on Monday.
The property research and management firm also said that these developers would continue to pursue mixed-use communities in Metro Cebu to provide better value proposition than stand-alone projects.
