An American man died while three others were injured in an accident along the national road of barangay Tunga, Moalboal town, southern Cebu last Friday.
Eric Kemsuzian, 51, was thrown to the pavement when the motorcycle he was driving hit another motorcycle driven by Soren Borado, 43. Kemsuzian’s live-in partner, Geraldine Tibalado, who was pillion riding, was also hurt.
The two motorcycles were heading to the Poblacion when the accident happened at around 6 p.m.
Investigators said Borado, who was with a certain Marvin Lagada, slowed down and signaled to turn left but Kemsuzian who was behind him attempted to overtake.
Police took the victims to the Badian District Hospital where Kemsuzian died an hour later.
