Two former drug surrenderers were arrested by the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) on Thursday morning, December 21, in a drug bust in Barangay Palanas, Alcantara, Cebu.
Suspects were identified as Rodrigo Sepe Jr., 28 and Rock Lamosao, 32, both from Barangay Palanas.
Police seized white crystalline substance believed to be shabu from them worth P69,000.
Both are now detained at Alcantara Police precinct pending the filing of charges against them.
