1 dead, 7 injured in Malubog road accident

At least 7 persons were injured while a man died following a vehicular accident in Barangay Malubog, Cebu City on Friday afternoon, January 5.

According to Henderson Navaro, the first responder from the Cebu City Transportation office, the 10-wheeler was navigating a steep road and lost balance and fell sideways.

Navaro said the accident happened past 2 p.m.

Navaro said the truck was carrying livestock feed to the mountain barangays.

Responders from the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Officer are now in the area.
