‘LITTLE LAMBS’ NEED HELP

Netizens have nothing but sympathy and worry a lot for the at least 60 children with disabilities from the Missionaries of the Poor’s Little Lamb Center who were rescued by the firefighters in the fire that razed hundreds of houses in Barangay Sawang Calero in Cebu City on Thursday evening.

Sarah Tacatani said, ”Looy kaau ni sila didto mi gikan pero thanks god kay safe ra sila tanan ug layo layo ra sa ilang (Thank God they are safe since the fire did not affect the) missionaries. Thank you pod kay safe ra among mga kaliwat.”

A netizen, Avelin Hisola, wrote, ”Hala Ginoo please help them.”

Another netizen, Ermalyn Flores Mondejar, wrote, “Need jd samot nila ang (The more that they need) help.”

The Sawang Calero barangay council has earlier placed the affected area under a state of calamity to enable the barangay to use its calamity fund to assist the fire victims, including the children from the Catholic religious-run home for children with multiple disabilities.
