A Dutch national was arrested for a pending frustrated murder case on Friday night by personnel of the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) of Siquijor.
Subject of the arrest warrant was 47-year-old Kay-Steven Prilloff, who resided in Barangay Solangon, San Juan town, Siquijor.
A warrant of arrest against Prilloff was issued by Judge Alejandro Bahonsua Jr. of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 46 in Larena, Siquijor.
The accused is now detained at the jail facility of Siquijor Police for presentation in court on Monday, February 19.
