Motorists are advised to avoid F. Llamas street starting tomorrow, Thursday to pave way for the start of phase 3 of the N. Bacalso underpass project which aims to ease traffic.
Engr. Roy Dela Cruz, the project engineer of the Department of Public Works and Highways in Central Visayas (DPWH-7) said that the road closure will start at 6 a.m.
By then, all vehicles will no longer be allowed to pass F. Llamas street in front of Super Metro going to N. Bacalso Ave., said Dela Cruz.
All vehicles will be diverted towards E. Sabellano St., near Lourdes Parish Church in Punta Princessa, Dela Cruz said.
Dela Cruz also said that the multi-billion underpass project on N. Bacalso Ave. is now 60 percent complete.
