A barangay councilor from Calamba was arrested in a raid by the operatives of Criminal Investigation Detection Group-7 on Friday morning, March 23.
Chief Inspector Chuck Barandog served the search warrant issued by Judge Jerry Dicdican of RTC Branch 25.
CIDG applied for search warrant following reports from neighbors that Hildibrando Ygonia would always carry with him an unlicensed .45 caliber pistol.
