Netizens were aghast after seeing a pile of plastic bottles that were removed from a drainage in Colon Street, Cebu City, which caused the frequent flooding in the area.
A netizen named Johnny Johnny wrote: “Haist!! Too irresponsible

Another netizen named Godfrey Loremia wrote: “Di mahimong sige lang ug limpyo, Kinahanglan gyud nga wa nay mulabay!”
While Riza Bolising wrote: “dapat dakog sweldo ng mga basurero ug kanang mga ingon ana na trabaho. kay d bya lalim na ay. tapos kanang mga dinakpan curfew or unsa may violation kay community service maoy ipahimo.”
