UC grad ranked third in Electronics Engineer Licensure Exams

A graduate of the University Of Cebu-Lapulapu and Mandaue made it to the top 10 of the April 2018 Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination.

Judd Maverick Tan ranked third with an average of 91 percent.

Tan is the only topnotcher from the Visayas.

Other topnotchers are Mark Eullysis Alazaga (1st, 93.30 percent) ) of Far Eastern University – Institute of Technology; Angelo Marion Conwi (2nd, 91.40 percent) ) of Technological Institute of the Philippines (TUP) – Manila; Shintaro Marzo (4th, 90.40 percent) ) of Batangas State University – Alangilan; Charles Andrew Pasion (5th, 90.30 percent) ) of Far Eastern Manila – Manila; Rhen Anjerome Bedruz of De La Salle – Manila and Freya Ivorie Miguel of Mapua Institute of Technology – Manila (6th, 88.90 percent) ); John Felix Limbo and Katherine Velasquez of Far Eastern University – Institute of Technology (7th, 88.50 percent) ); Melchor Ramirez III (8th, 88.30 percent) ) of the University of the Philippines – Diliman; Bryan Rafael Custodio of Far Eastern University – Institute of Technology and Kim Paulino Ravida of University of Southern Philippines – Davao City (9th, 88.20); James Lindo (10th, 88.10 percent) of Technological Institute of the Philippines – Quezon City

The results were released by the Professional Regulation Commision (PRC) on April 12, Thursday evening.

Of the 2,663 examinees who took the exam, 1,208 passed the examination given by the members of the Board of Electronics Engineering in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, and Davao.
