JASPER Diaz exploded for 36 points and 12 rebounds to lead Batch 2010 over 2008, 87-72, in the Sacred Heart Ateneo Alumni Basketball Athletic Association (SHAABAA) Summer League last Sunday at the Lux Oriens Gym inside the Ateneo de Cebu campus in Mandaue City.
In another match of the quadruple-header, Nino Araw-Araw stuffed the stat sheet with 22 points, six boards and five assists to push Batch 2015 past 2000, 72-68. Julito Pogoy backed Araw-Araw up with 18.
2007 also prevailed over 2006, 80-47, as Martin Uy led four players in double figures with 17. Christian Dixon added 12 points and 14 boards, Kent Gothong put up 11 while Arnold Go had 10 in the rout.
And finally, Daryle Tan remained unstoppable as he pulled up 29 points, 13 rebounds and three assists to help 2003 drop 2005, 101-74.
