Ariana Grande pays tribute to Manchester attack victims via latest single

Ariana Grande has beautifully paid homage to all those lost in the attack after the Manchester concert.

Her latest single ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ alludes to the attack while channeling resilience and optimism of her One Love benefit concert, held just two weeks after the incident.

“Ain’t got no tears left to cry,” she sings in the single’s soaring chorus.

The song, which was produced by Max Martin transforms from its sober-gospel-inspired introduction into a summary of pop banger paired with emotional vocals and light-footed dance.

Grande, lyrically wants to resolve and overcome fear and hatred “even when it’s raining down.”

“We’re way too fly to partake in all this hate,” she sings. “We out here vibin’.”

At the end of her music video, a worker bee- the symbol of Manchester flies towards the camera, paying homage to the city and the souls that were lost.

#NoTearsLeftToCry is trending worldwide on Twitter, while the Dave Meyers-directed music video was watched half a million times in just 30 minutes.
