About 114 Cebu City Health (CCH) employees underwent the second round of drug tests conducted by the Cebu City Office for Substance Abuse Prevention (COSAP) on Thursday, May 3.
COSAP head Garry Lao said 800 City Hall employees were tested since January this year. Of that number, 19 tested positive for illegal drug use.
About 38 employees from the Cebu City Civil Registrar’s Office were tested Thursday afternoon. Those testing positive will be fired, Lao said./ CNU Intern Maejane
