A SIX-year-old boy from Toledo City, Cebu needs financial assistance for his repeat treatment.

John Carl Benting was first diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia last June 2014. It was also the same year that he lost his mother.

He completed his chemotherapy on June 2017 and was cancer-free for 10 months.

But his father noticed that he had excessive weight gain and on lumbar puncture he was found out to have relapse of the leukemia in the central nervous treatment.

A cancer relapse would require a much more intensive, aggressive and costly treatment. The previous treatment of John Carl had taken all their limited resources.

His father who is the sole breadwinner of the family has been struggling financially to meet the needs of his family.

This time they need help even more for the child’s repeat treatment.
