A five-building, 355-unit condominium development worth P2 billion will soon rise in Cebu City as the new project of Rockwell Land Corp., one of the biggest names in Metro Manila’s real estate industry.

Called the 32 Sanson, the project will serve the high-end market of Cebu, said Rockwell Land general manager Paolo Ernesto V. Reyes.

“It will be developed with the ‘Cebu’ feel in it. Very comfortable space within the city. It is a 3.2-hectare development,” Reyes said.

The undertaking will be completed by the end of 2016 in barangay Lahug, Cebu City.

The project will offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and garden units with price ranging from P7 million to P22 million.

Over ten percent of the units were already sold even before its formal launching.

“This is our first project outside of Metro Manila which should signal the start of our company’s aggressive push to also offer our kind of products to the market outside of Metro Manila.”

Aside from Cebu, the publicly listed company is also looking at Davao for more expansions.
