Seven Jail guards under camp restriction

The seven jail guards assigned to the Mandaue City Jail, who were relieved from their post after they were linked to the entry of contraband confiscated during a greyhound operation were placed under camp restriction at the BJMP-7 Regional Office.

Chief Supt. Arnold Buenacosa, BJMP-7 regional director, said that he would not tolerate those acts in the bureau.

Buenacosa, however, said that the guards would be given a chance to prove themselves innocent.

Buenacosa said that this would be a warning to all BJMP personnel that they would seriously fire from the bureau anybody found guilty
