More than P1 Million worth of illegal drugs were seized from a high-value target during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City on June 7, Thursday evening.
Police identified the suspect as Ukihiro Abella Zosa, 25, who was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by the Drug Enforcement Unit of Fuente Police Station. The operation was led by Police Insp. Gomersendo Mandawe, the Deputy Station Commander of Fuente Police.
Seized from the suspect were five medium and four large packs of suspected shabu worth P1.2 Million.
Mandawe said that the suspect was on their watch list as he was considered to be a high-value target.
Zosa is now detained at the Fuente Police precinct pending the filing of charges against him.
