CEBU CITY—A lawyer was shot dead while his wife was in critical condition after two still unidentified gunmen went inside their house in Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City, on Monday afternoon.
Lawyer Salvador Solima succumbed to a gunshot in the head, said SPO3 Rommel Bancog of Cebu City Police Office homicide section.
His wife, Verose, was also shot in the head and was in critical condition, Bancog said.
The victims were shot inside their house at Singson Village, Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City about 5 p.m.
Police had yet to determine the motive behind the attack.
