THE PUNTA PRINCESA/ALAS BROKERAGE made its way to the finals of the Under-18 division of the Cebu Youth Basketball League Summer League 2018 after defeating Mt. Olives School in overtime, 71-68, in the semifinals yesterday at the Ateneo de Cebu basketball court along Mango Avenue.
In overtime, Punta Princesa saw four players scoring four points apiece, namely Sting Rey Bayno, Khier Cabingatan, Jake Sudano and Adrian Manacap, to help them pull out the close victory.
Sudano and Cabatingan led the winning side in scoring with 17 and 16 points, respectively. Punta Princesa/Alas Brokerage faces the winner of the other semis game between CLBA and Southwestern University-Phinma.
