Two masseurs accused of raping two foreign nationals

Two masseurs were arrested for allegedly raping two foreign nationals inside a massage parlor in Barangay Capitol Site, Cebu City at around 2 a.m., Saturday ( July 7).

Police identified the suspects as Elmer Sambayon Espinosa, 35, from Sitio San Roque, Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City; and Fe Marquez Cortez Jr., 27, from Kinasang-an Pardo, Cebu City.

Chief Insp. Maria Theresa Macatangay, Fuente police station commander, said the suspects allegedly inserted their fingers in the private parts of the victims.

The suspects are now detained at Fuente police precinct pending the filing of charges against them.
