A 58-year-old man who is accused of sexual assault was arrested by police authorities at past 10 p.m. on Monday (July 9).
The accused, Decoroso Batulan, was collared in his residence in Sitio Mangitngit, Barangay Sandayong Norte, Danao City.
The arrest warrant served to Batulan was issued by Judge Ma. Josefa Pinza-Ramos of Danao City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25.
The trial court requires Batulan to pay P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
Batulan is now temporarily detained at the jail facility of Danao City police station.
