Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO-7) Director Victor Caindec is warning local government units (LGUs) in the region against the unauthorized installation of sirens, domelights or other devices on their service vehicles.
Caindec said installation of devices should be tagged and approved by their office.
The regional transportation director is giving government units a 15-day ultimatum to submit a list of their vehicles which has mounted devices subject to inspection by LTO personnel.
