Traffic misery in Mambaling

Cebu City Councilor Dave Tumulak, deputy mayor for police concerns, join the few police personnel in manning traffic at the congested Mambaling area.

Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña admitted that he ordered City Hall personnel to put up tarpaulins telling commuters and motorists that the job of manning traffic at the Mambaling area is now left to the regional Land Transportation Office.
