Most netizens were furious over the 2-km gridlock in Mambaling after Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña pulled out all city’s traffic enforcers on Monday morning following a word war with Regional Director Victor Caindec of the Land Transportation Office (LTO-7).
A netizen named, “Jeprox Jepoy said “Blame the responsible officials for granting a cheap and low-tech contractor to build the project.”
Tristan Drago said, “LTO 7 want to show how to handle traffic n mambaling.”
While Bethboh Dinolan commented, “Bisag mag patay pana ang mayor ug ang LTO RD wa jud gehapon na dha dapita..mao may giingon nga dawata nlng ang kamatuoran.”
