Motorists told to avoid Ironman route

At least 1,000 traffic enforcers and village tanods will be deployed to man the route of the Ironman on August 5 (Sunday).

Joy Tumulak, Capitol’s Focal Person on Traffic Management, is urging motorists to avoid the Ironman route.

Persons who will be watching the event are also asked to avoid taking selfies with the athletes to prevent the occurrence of accidents.
