THE Palace consultative committee (ConCom) will meet with Cebu officials to discuss the draft of the proposed amendments to the 1987 Constitution sometime today.
Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III said Secretary Adelino Sitoy, presidential adviser on Legislative Affairs and head of the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO), invited the ConCom to brief elected officials about the draft of the proposed federal constitution.
“That will be an opportunity for local officials to ask what are the provisions on the draft charter,” Davide said.
