Netizens were in shock after Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Central Visayas (PDEA-7) agent Earl Rallos was killed by motorcycle-riding assailants meters from the Cebu Capitol along Villalon St. in Cebu City on Friday, July 27.
CidLord Louis F. Señorin wrote, “patay nasd.” (Killing again.)
Ecyoj Joyce Kanashimi commented, “Lagi na lang po may binabaril sa Cebu. Nakakatakot naman.” (There are always shooting incidents in Cebu. Scary.)
Michael Andrew Sanchez said, “Di na jud safe ang Cebu.” (Cebu is not safe anymore.)
Last September 2013, PDEA-7 agent, Jesus “Jessie” Tabanao, 33, was also killed by a lone gunman oN Escario St. in Barangay Kamputhaw.
