The Mandaue City Council has referred to the Committee on Laws and Ordinances a letter request from Mayor Gabriel Luis Quisumbing requesting for authority to hire the services of a consultancy firm that will help City Hall formulate a closure and rehabilitation plan for its Umapad dumpsite.
If approved, the city will tap the services of Hydronet Consultants, Inc. represented by Dr. Danila T. Jaque for a period of one year and for a fee of P1.4 million.
