Cebu Vice Gov. Agnes Magpale’s concern over the travel advisory issued by Great Britain warning its citizens not to visit southern Cebu drew mixed reactions online.

Kenneth DeLaris wrote, “I live in Cebu. But let’s look at the facts. Your army just got back from fighting them and you are rebuilding the city down there now. I pray for peace. But we all know there will be no peace. Look all over the world. They are killing people. They just had an attack in the UK with a car.”
